The house, equipped with a spacious terrace overlooking Lake Como, celebrated by Alessandro Manzoni in ‘The Betrothed’ (That branch of the Lake of Como, which turns toward the south….), and the Grigna mountain range, is found in the village of Visgnola, a small peaceful and pleasant suburb of Bellagio.
In just a few minutes, you can walk to the bus and tourist train stop to get to the centre of Bellagio, which can also be reached by car (5 mins) or on foot with a pleasant 15-20 minute walk (2km). The panoramic view of Villa Giulia and Villa Serbelloni can be enjoyed on the way or, with a small detour, you can also walk through the beautiful gardens of Villa Melzi (open from Easter to October, daily ticket 6€).
There is a grocery store, bakery, newsagents, pub, two pizzerias and a renowned restaurant near to the apartment.

Great place ! newly refurbished house with wifi, feels like a great place to rent for a week to discover the lake of Como area. A bit outside of Bellagio, it’s really nice to sit in the garden for the apero and enjoy a green and quiet area, where you hear the birds sing! I’ll certainly recommend the place!Steve McCartur
